Once again, I had an excellent visit at Liberty Lake Smile Source today! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Patty, always so kind and welcoming.I had a scheduled cleaning and an emergency dental need, and I was so relieved that Mariesa and Dr. Stonehouse were able to come up with. a way to address my extenuating needs. Debbie took care of the insurance and financial issues with care and understanding. I want to extend my heartfelt appreciation to everyone who attended to me today. Your compassion and professionalism made all the difference in what was a stressful situation. Thank you for your outstanding service—God bless you all! I followed my hygienist Ann here after 35 years with my previous dental office, and I couldn’t be happier. She is amazing — gentle, thorough, and truly caring. Dr. Macall is thoughtful, knowledgeable, and explains everything clearly. Beautiful, state-of-the-art office and a fantastic team. Highly recommend!

Dr. Macall provided such great care. He and his team are thoughtful, attentive, and scheduling was very accommodating. The space itself has a fantastic view, it is clean, and I felt comfort and ease the entire first visit.

I chose Dr. Macall after I read his bio. I love that he services those in need. Going to the dentist is not my favorite event, but I was welcomed into the office with warmth that helped my trust. Dr. Macall explained the treatment that I need. No frills, just pure down to earth honesty. Honestly, the best and most thoughtful dentist I’ve ever been to. I’m not a fan of going to the dentist but I am a fan of having teeth, so I do what I have to do, but these guys and gals make it a pleasant experience. Every staff member is friendly, they are thoughtful. I feel like they know me and actually have my comfort and care at the top of their priority list. It’s a cheerful environment and I trust them with my dental health and with my family’s. Two thumbs up and five stars all day long.
